The total registration cost is $200.

1. To secure your positions please send email to blim@secondstreet.sd41.bc.ca  by Tuesday December 4, 2007. 

2. Registration forms and the $100 deposit should be dropped off at HJSC Wednesday December 4^th from 6:30-8:30. 

   Players will be measured for uniform sizes at that time so they should attend if possible.

   Also please bring your 3 favorite uniform numbers as jersey numbers will be assigned on a first pays deposit first assigned basis. 

   If for some reason you can’t drop the deposit off on Wednesday evening please send email to Coach to make alternative arrangements.

3. The remaining payment of $100 should be made to Focus Volleyball Club in January at the first practice session.
